Shipping Policy

All of our items have FREE SHIPPING, though they may have different delivery services.

eBooks

All of our eBooks are delivered to you via the email on your store account within 1 minute of submitting your order. The service we use is Bookfunnel.com. You will receive an email from Bookfunnel with a link(s) to the eBooks on your orderd. One link for each eBook. 

When you click on the link, it will take your to that books landing page where you will be able to choose the type of file you want to download to your favorite e-reading app/device.

If you have any questions or issues, in the email there is a customer service contact info to Bookfunnel directly. Their customer service has been wonderful and will take good care of you. If there are any issues past that, please contact us at subscriptions@wmgbooks.com.

Merchandise & Print Books

Most of our merchandise is made-to-order. So once you order an item, it will be created to your specifications and then shipped to you. Due to this, the delivery time ETA is usually between 1-3 weeks depending on the item. If you have multiple items in your order you may also receive them at different times as well.

All creation and shipping updates and ETAs, including tracking information where able, will be emailed to your on a regular basis.
